Opened
in the Spring of 2007, ZINC brasserie is committed to providing high
quality food, freshly prepared and professionally presented to its
guests in a comfortable atmosphere, by warm and friendly staff.
Having family roots in the region, Chef Cesare Avallone and his
wife, General Manager Andrea Avallone, moved to Ohio from the Hudson
Valley Region of New York in 2005 to start their own family and
business. In the Spring of 2010 they opened their sister restaurant,
CRUSH winebar, across the street.
